THEATER WORKSHOP WITH THE ULIS CLASS

Every two weeks, ULIS high school students meet in the auditorium of the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul school group to do a theater activity. They can express what they feel without judgment, open up to others and gain self-confidence in a fun way.

Through a given theme, the students will improvise. This will be followed by writing on stage which will result in a show.

THEATER WORKSHOP WITH THE HANDICAP PASSERELLE

This theater workshop brings together young people with disabilities aged 18 to 23 who we meet every two weeks to work on a story that they have chosen or that they invent.

With the Passerelle, we try to create a link between school and the world of work.

Storytelling is a form that allows us to work on expression towards others, how I capture my audience and make them hear what I have to say.

THEATER RELEASES

“Theatre outings” are organised at a lower cost with the students who are part of the cultural activities, where some parents have also been invited. In order to raise awareness among the students as much as possible, we try to diversify the programme by offering dance shows, contemporary circus, and of course theatre.

All this allowed them to discover artists such as Nathalie Beasse at the Théâtre de la Bastille, the Dromesko company at the Théâtre Sylvia Monfort, Hofesh Shechter (dance) at the Théâtre des Abbesses, etc.

MEETING WITH EXTERNAL SPEAKERS

This year, in partnership with the National Book Center, we are organizing a writing workshop with Nathalie Rafal. An engraver will do a workshop in parallel in order to make a portfolio that will be exhibited and that the spectators will be able to admire before the performance of the play that the participants will have prepared during the year.
